TERMS AND CONDITIONS
STYLES THAT MAKE
Effective Date: May 18, 2026 | Last Updated: May 18, 2026
Welcome to stylesthatmake.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Styles That Make, a Colorado [entity type, e.g., limited liability company] (“Styles That Make”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Styles That Make is a music production company headquartered in Aspen, Colorado that develops, produces, and presents high-energy live music experiences, including concerts, immersive shows, club nights, themed events, and similar live entertainment experiences (each, an “Event”, and collectively, the “Events”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, ticket purchases, email and SMS subscriptions, and other services offered on or through the Site in connection with our Events.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or purchasing tickets. By accessing, browsing, registering for communications, or completing a ticket purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
IMPORTANT: Section 15 contains a binding arbitration clause and a class action waiver. By using the Site or purchasing tickets, you agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration and waive the right to participate in a class action. Please review carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to purchase tickets or create any account on the Site. Many of our Events are age-restricted, and certain Events are limited to attendees 21 years of age or older. Age and identification requirements are published on each Event’s detail page, and you are responsible for confirming you meet those requirements before purchasing. Minors may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
2. About Our Events
Styles That Make produces high-energy live music experiences. Our Events typically feature loud amplified sound, dynamic stage lighting (including strobe and laser effects), special effects (which may include haze, fog, cryo, confetti, and pyrotechnics), large crowds, late hours, and other elements designed to deliver an immersive, high-intensity audience experience. By purchasing a ticket and attending an Event, you acknowledge that these elements are integral to the experience.
Photosensitivity Warning. Some Events use rapid lighting effects, strobes, and lasers that may trigger seizures in attendees with photosensitive epilepsy or other photosensitive conditions. If you or anyone in your party is photosensitive, please review Event details carefully before purchasing and consult a medical professional if needed.
Hearing Notice. Sound levels at our Events can reach volumes that may cause hearing damage with prolonged exposure. Hearing protection is recommended, particularly near speaker arrays.
3. Ticket Purchases
3.1 Ticketing Platform
Tickets to our Events are sold through one or more authorized ticketing providers (each, a “Ticketing Provider”), identified at the point of sale. When you purchase a ticket, you are entering into a transaction with both Styles That Make and the Ticketing Provider, and you agree to the Ticketing Provider’s terms of service and refund policy in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict relating specifically to the ticketing transaction, the Ticketing Provider’s terms control.
3.2 Order Acceptance and Pricing
All ticket orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. Prices, fees, taxes, and availability are subject to change without notice prior to your completed purchase. Service fees, processing fees, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at checkout.
3.3 All Sales Final
Except as expressly stated in Section 4 (Cancellation, Postponement, and Force Majeure) or as required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred for credit, or returned after purchase. You are responsible for verifying all order details (Event date, ticket type, quantity, attendee information) before completing checkout.
3.4 Ticket as a Revocable License
A ticket is a revocable license that grants the holder one-time entry to the specified Event, subject to these Terms, the Event admission policies, the rules of the applicable venue, and applicable law. Styles That Make and the venue each reserve the right to revoke this license and refuse or revoke admission at any time, with or without refund, for any conduct deemed disruptive, unlawful, unsafe, or in violation of Event or venue rules.
3.5 Resale, Transfer, and Counterfeit Tickets
Tickets may not be resold above face value plus applicable fees except where permitted by law and through the Ticketing Provider’s authorized resale platform. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, and Styles That Make is not responsible for counterfeit, lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets. The first ticket presented for entry will be honored, and subsequent presentations of duplicate barcodes will be refused without refund.
3.6 Lost or Stolen Tickets
Styles That Make is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise rendered unusable after delivery. Replacement is at the sole discretion of the Ticketing Provider and may be subject to fees.
3.7 Purchase Limits and Anti-Bot
To ensure fair access, Styles That Make and its Ticketing Providers enforce per-purchaser and per-household ticket limits, as posted at the time of sale. Orders that exceed published limits or that we reasonably believe were placed using bots, scripts, or other automated means may be canceled without notice and without refund.
4. Cancellation, Postponement, and Force Majeure
Our Events are rain or shine. Inclement weather alone is not grounds for refund. In the event an Event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, materially altered, or moved to a new venue, we will post notice on the Site and notify ticket holders by the email address provided at purchase. Refund or exchange rights, if any, will be determined in accordance with the applicable Ticketing Provider’s refund policy and applicable law.
Force Majeure. Neither Styles That Make nor the Ticketing Provider is liable for any failure or delay in performance, including any failure to hold an Event, caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, wildfire, smoke, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, public health emergency, governmental order, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, artist cancellation, venue unavailability, or other circumstances that make holding the Event impossible, illegal, or commercially impracticable. In such cases, refunds, if any, will be limited to the face value of the ticket, exclusive of service fees, taxes, and any third-party charges, and may be offered as account credit at our discretion.
4.1 Artist and Lineup Changes
Artist lineups, set times, and supporting acts are subject to change without notice. The cancellation or substitution of any individual performer does not entitle ticket holders to a refund, exchange, or credit, except as required by applicable law or the Ticketing Provider’s policy.
5. Event Admission and Conduct
5.1 Conditions of Entry
Entry to an Event is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms, all posted Event rules, the rules of the applicable venue, and all instructions of Event staff, security personnel, and venue staff. By entering an Event, you consent to reasonable searches of your person, bags, and belongings. Styles That Make, Event staff, and venue personnel each reserve the right to deny entry or eject any attendee at any time, with or without refund, for any reason, including conduct that endangers others, disrupts the Event, violates Event or venue rules, or violates applicable law.
5.2 Age and Identification
Age restrictions, ID requirements, and policies regarding minors are published for each Event on the Site. You are responsible for confirming and complying with these policies before purchasing. Tickets for age-restricted areas or 21+ Events require valid government-issued photo identification, and entry will be refused without it.
5.3 Prohibited Items and Conduct
A current list of prohibited items is posted for each Event. Prohibited items typically include, without limitation: outside food and beverages, glass containers, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, drones, professional cameras and audio/video recording equipment (without credentials), selfie sticks, large bags, and any items deemed unsafe by Event staff or venue. Possession of prohibited items, or any unlawful, harassing, threatening, or disruptive conduct, may result in confiscation, ejection, and reporting to law enforcement, with no refund.
5.4 Substance Use
Styles That Make has zero tolerance for illegal drug use at our Events. Attendees who appear visibly impaired, intoxicated, or in possession of illegal substances will be denied entry or ejected without refund. Alcohol service, where available, is provided by licensed vendors and is restricted to attendees of legal drinking age with valid identification.
5.5 Accessibility
Styles That Make is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for attendees with disabilities. Accessibility information, including accessible entry, viewing areas, and services available at each Event, is published on the Event detail page on the Site. Requests for accommodations should be submitted as far in advance as practical to allow us to coordinate with the applicable venue and vendor partners.
6. Photography, Video, and Likeness Release
By entering an Event, you acknowledge and agree that the venue and surrounding areas will be photographed and recorded for promotional, marketing, broadcast, livestream, archival, and commercial purposes. You grant Styles That Make, its sponsors, partners, performing artists, and affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, and display your name, image, voice, likeness, and any statements made by you, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, consent, compensation, or credit. You waive any right to inspect or approve such uses.
7. Email, SMS, and Marketing Communications
By submitting your email address through the Site, including via newsletter signup, contest entry, or ticket purchase, you consent to receive promotional, transactional, and informational messages from Styles That Make and its authorized partners related to our Events and similar offerings. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Transactional messages necessary to fulfill your ticket order may continue regardless of marketing preferences.
If you opt in to SMS or text message communications, you agree to receive recurring automated messages at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you may have under applicable privacy laws, including the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other state privacy laws where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property

The Styles That Make name and logo, and the names, logos, and marks of our Events and performing artists, are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Styles That Make grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, scrape, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written consent.
You may not record, broadcast, livestream, or otherwise transmit audio, video, or images of any Event for commercial purposes without written authorization from Styles That Make and the applicable performing artists. Recordings made for personal, non-commercial purposes are permitted only where Event rules and the applicable venue allow, and may not be uploaded, sold, or distributed commercially.

13. Assumption of Risk
You understand and acknowledge that attendance at a Styles That Make Event involves inherent risks, including, without limitation: risks of personal injury and property damage; exposure to large crowds, crowd surges, and crowd movement; exposure to high-decibel amplified sound that may cause temporary or permanent hearing damage; exposure to strobe lights, lasers, and other rapid lighting effects that may trigger photosensitive reactions; exposure to fog, haze, cryo, pyrotechnics, and special effects; exposure to weather conditions; the effects of high altitude at Events held in or near Aspen, Colorado; and exposure to communicable diseases.
By purchasing a ticket and attending an Event, you voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and release Styles That Make, its affiliates, sponsors, vendors, performing artists, and the applicable venue from any and all liability arising from such risks, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STYLES THAT MAKE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SPONSORS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY TICKET PURCHASE, OR ATTENDANCE AT AN EVENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT STYLES THAT MAKE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STYLES THAT MAKE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY EVENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE TICKET, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Styles That Make, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, performing artists, vendors, venue partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, your conduct at any Event, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or any Event are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
16.2 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, a ticket purchase, or any Event will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be held in Aspen, Colorado, or another mutually agreed location, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
16.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND STYLES THAT MAKE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
16.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement in Section 16.2 and the class action waiver in Section 16.3 by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to [LEGAL NOTICE EMAIL] within thirty (30) days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
16.5 Venue for Excluded Disputes
For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Styles That Make agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pitkin County, Colorado, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue
17. Termination
Styles That Make may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, cancel your ticket order, or revoke your admission at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Site, our Events, or other attendees. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
18. Changes to These Terms
Styles That Make may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, which may include email notice to registered subscribers and ticket holders. Your continued use of the Site or attendance at an Event after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.
19. General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the time of a specific transaction (including Ticketing Provider terms and Event-specific rules), constitute the entire agreement between you and Styles That Make concerning the Site and our Events, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
19.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
19.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. Styles That Make may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
19.5 Notices
Notices to Styles That Make should be sent to [LEGAL NOTICE EMAIL] or [MAILING ADDRESS]. Notices to you will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase or registration.
